  Getting my eat on at Apple Bee's on Vetrans Day. Fast service, Great staff, and they gave out $5 gift cards as well...It's on at Apple Bees...Thank You for honoring us Veterans..Ummmmm Good!

  I've always liked Applebee's atmosphere and selections. The service here was pretty good (4 out of 5), and it was clean. They lost the second point because both steaks (me and another of my party) were Well Done, not medium, or medium well as ordered. I didn't send mine back because I HATE wasting food (it was spiced well and not burnt, just not as I ordered) and didn't want to offend the cook or wait longer. Even at only 4 dollars, the chips and salsa should come with more salsa, I've seen fast food places that have bigger dine-in containers for ketchup.

  I am truly at a lost for words at how me and my family was treated by the manager Cheleste on last Saturday ! We did nothing wrong and was totally disregarded by her . Our food arrived almost an hour after we arrived and most all of the orders arrived cold . I even questioned her on how long it would be until food arrived. One person appetizer arrived with entree . And when the manager was very unprofessional . I am an educator and have several degrees and went to a predominantly all white school and as an African American I have never been treated in this manner by my counterpart . My question is if she has had issues with people of color , why is she still in a management position and more importantly why is she still employed with your establishment? Is this what you want your business to represent ?? I certainly would like to know ..........

  Service was fine, but the food was nasty. I travel full time for business and get the exact same thing at Applebee's all over the country.
  
  This was the worst I ever tasted. Salmon was not fresh and was over cooked. The sauteed greens were not properly seasoned, broccoli was unseasoned and so bland it was a chore to eat. Even the mashed sweet potatoes were blah and didn't have any of the maple butter they usually melt on top.
  
  It was a take out order and seems to me that whoever made it didn't really care about doing it right.
