When I developed a Gluten intolerance I could no longer enjoy any pizza. slowly developments in a gluten free pizza allowed me to "enjoy" pizza again, however it was no where near a good wheat based crust. Last fall when dropping my son off at UNI for his first year of college we went to the college book store and parked in front of Chad's Pizza, I noticed a sign on the window stating that they had gluten free pizza. We decided to stop in for lunch, and I was glad we did. I had to keep checking weather it was GF or not. It was amazing! and now every time I visit campus I stop in and buy a GF pizza it is truly the best GF pizza I have ever eaten not only taste wise, but there is something about how it's prepared that is un matched.
